1. About PinePad
PinePad is a Baguio-focused listing and discovery platform for long-term rentals and transient or short-stay accommodations. PinePad helps users discover listings and contact property owners or hosts directly. PinePad is not a landlord, tenant, host, guest, broker, escrow provider, or party to any rental or short-stay agreement.
2. Accounts and listings
You are responsible for the information you submit through your account. If you list a property, you must provide information you believe is accurate and current and must have the authority to advertise that property. Property owners and hosts should keep pricing, availability, contact details, and listing information reasonably up to date.
3. Listing content
By uploading photos, descriptions, or other listing content, you confirm that you have the right to use that content and allow PinePad to display it as needed to operate and promote the listing on the platform. Do not upload misleading, unlawful, infringing, or unauthorized content.
4. Review and moderation
PinePad reviews submitted listing information before publication, but review does not mean that PinePad has independently verified the landlord or host, ownership, legal authority, property condition, availability, or transaction. PinePad may request changes, reject, suspend, archive, hide, or remove listings or accounts that appear inaccurate, unsafe, misleading, abusive, or inconsistent with these terms.
5. Direct arrangements and payments
Renters and guests communicate and make arrangements directly with landlords or hosts. PinePad currently does not process rent, deposits, short-stay payments, or bookings. Before sending money, verify the property, the person you are dealing with, the total amount due, and the applicable rental or stay terms.
6. Your conduct
You agree to use PinePad lawfully and not to impersonate others, submit fraudulent or deceptive listings, misuse another person's information, interfere with the platform, or use PinePad to facilitate unlawful, abusive, or harmful activity.
7. Availability and short stays
Listing availability may change and is not guaranteed to be updated in real time. For short stays, contact the host directly to confirm dates, nightly pricing, minimum stay, check-in and check-out details, house rules, and any other conditions before making a commitment.
8. Safety and reporting
Use reasonable care when dealing with other users. Inspect long-term rentals where practical, verify identities and property details, and report suspicious, inaccurate, duplicate, or unavailable listings through PinePad's reporting tools.
9. Changes and contact
PinePad may update these terms as the service evolves. The current version and its update date will be posted on this page. Questions about these terms may be sent to admin@getpinepad.com.
