About PinePad
Find it. Pine it.
Discover and save rentals and short stays in Baguio.
PinePad is a Baguio-focused accommodation marketplace designed to make finding a place simpler. Students and long-term renters can browse rooms, bedspaces, boarding houses, apartments, condos, and houses near schools and campuses. Visitors can also discover transient and short-stay accommodations near popular Baguio landmarks.
Instead of searching through scattered posts, PinePad organizes listings by location, price, property type, nearby schools or landmarks, amenities, and other useful details. Renters and guests can review the listing and contact the landlord or host directly.
Property owners and hosts can create listings manually or use Quick List with AI to help turn an existing rental post into a structured draft. Every submitted listing still goes through PinePad review before it becomes publicly visible.
PinePad reviews submitted listing information, but we do not independently verify every landlord, host, property, availability claim, or transaction. PinePad is not a party to rental or short-stay agreements, and users should verify details directly before paying or committing.
